I had the privilege recently to come together with Caroline Mabon & Caroline Hampson who have dedicated not an insignificant number of years (5 to be exact!) researching & creating their Thrive and Grow Index® which is a great way of generating actionable insights that can help you & your team ‘Thrive & Grow ‘at work.

They have cleverly managed to find simplicity on just the other side of complexity so that you don’t have to, whether as an individual, as a team or a wider organisation. Their tool looks at the seven attributes of a thriving workplace & gives you multi-dimensional insight into what you can do to create the conditions where better engagement = higher productivity.

Great for using as a coach with a new client, as a leader taking on a new team or if you have a bigger mission to change things for your organisation as a whole.
