About Me
I’m Rupert Newman, an Executive Coach, leadership development and business consultant. I have more than 25 years’ experience in senior leadership roles across public, private, charitable and member-owned organisations, including 10 years at Board level. I am an inspirational leader with strengths in strategic planning, change management, developing talent and building successful teams.
With a proven track record of delivering sustainable change, my focus is on delivering improved engagement and better outcomes for both employees and customers. Qualified to ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching & Mentoring as well as holding my Professional Certificate in Coaching, I am also accredited by the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach. I am currently undertaking an MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change at Henley Business School.
