So Stronger Humans Coaching and Consulting Limited has clocked up 3 years of creating, collaborating & coaching this week so it felt somewhat fortuitous whilst having a coffee prior to delivering a session on Tuesday that I found myself staring at an advert for the recent ‘Birmingham Design Festival’. On it were these rules that originated when Corita Kent (a 1960’s artist & social justice campaigner) asked her students to collectively reimagine what a learning environment could be – meant for Art students but resonated with someone whose past three years have involved much creating, often on a blank canvas!
When you set up a business you’ll hear the words ‘network’, ‘proposition’, ‘pitch’ amongst others…& for good reason – but I would offer you the four rules highlighted. Try to live by these & you’ll not go far wrong.
To those who have trusted me to work with them & their organisations – I thank you…to those who have given me support & encouragement – I would not have got this far without you…& to those doing similar – I see you. Go for it – it’ll be more than worth it.
